So fierce, elegant Tiger Lilly supported by her power flower of the same name elects to give this burden to the element of Fire.  The burning books create a lot of black smoke, made of black mesh.  But above all the smoke is a cheerful young girl part with wild palm frond hair who knows what it’s like to have fun, everywhere, especially at parties.

Burning Books on How to give Dull Parties

Tiger Lilly is a fierce elegant teenager who knows that life can be full of sparkles and magic. But she has been trained by a mother who comes from a long line of women who strive to give safe if dull parties.  In fact Tiger Lilly suspects there are books that have been handed down from generations on how to give dull parties.  This is a serious legacy burden.
Tiger Lilly is certain all her mother’s friends have read these books and she would like to get rid of them and the burdens they give to her.

The back ground for this work is made of strings of pink disks that you can see in the close up above.   These move and sparkle in the light and air.  Perfect for a teanager's world of possibility.

"Burning Books on How to Give Dull Parties" was finished in late 2011.
